JUDGING SYSTEM "STAR MATRIX"
This is an innovative rating system that replaces outdated scores and dry protocols. Instead of forcing participants into standard evaluation frameworks, the "Star Matrix" allows judges to award star ratings (from 1 to 5) only for the categories chosen by the participant.

HOW DOES THE RATING JUDGING WORK?

Each participant applies and chooses the categories in which they want to be evaluated in the final (up to 3 categories).

Judges do not evaluate the performance but work only within the categories chosen by the participant.

Each category is rated with stars⭐️ (from 1 to 5, without fractional values).
HOW DO JUDGES AWARD RATING STARS?
5 ⭐️ – Outstanding performance: fully meets the criteria of the category.
4 ⭐️ – Very high level: impressive moments, but there are nuances.
3 ⭐️ – Good level: the participant confidently handled it, but without bright moments.
2 ⭐️ – Insufficient elaboration: there are weak points.
1 ⭐️ – Critical deficiency: does not meet the stated criteria.
HOW IS THE PARTICIPANT'S RATING FORMED IN CATEGORICAL NOMINATIONS?

After all judges’ award rating stars to the participant for the chosen categories, the average result for each category is calculated.

The average rating is entered into the overall rating table, where participants are ranked within their category.

Important! The participant's rating can increase or decrease as other participants perform in their category. Judges can revise the star rating if a stronger or weaker performance appears in the same category during the process.
HOW IS THE PARTICIPANT'S RATING FORMED IN GENERAL NOMINATIONS?

Judges award a star rating ⭐️ from 1 to 5 for each of the general nominations.

After evaluating all finalists, the average rating for each contender is calculated.

The participant with the highest average rating in the nomination becomes the winner.

Important! The winner is determined only by the average rating, without the possibility of revising the scores after the final.
