By applying to participate in the Festival, you agree that:

You have reached the age of majority (18 full years)
You personally bear legal responsibility for your performance on stage, respect the Law, and will not demonstrate/promote anything prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia from the stage
You will not be on stage or on the premises under the influence of narcotic substances or alcohol.

Complete Guide to Submitting an Application

STEP 1

Familiarize yourself with the regulations of the POLE EMOTION-2025 festival.

If you have any questions, you can clarify all the details through the feedback form in the "About Us" section.

STEP 2

Prepare a video for participation in the "VIDEO SELECTION" stage.

ATTENTION! Applications without a video will not be considered.

Duration: from 1 to 2 minutes.

Format: vertical or horizontal, without editing, without special effects.

Content: you can show a fragment of the competition number or an improvisation in the chosen style.

Submission methods: upload to the cloud (Google Drive) with open access.

STEP 3

Apply for participation in the "VIDEO SELECTION" stage using our Telegram bot.

Fill out the application, choose the nominations in which you want to participate (from 1 to 3 category nominations), and pay the organizational fee.

STEP 4

Wait for the publication of the list of finalists for POLE EMOTION-2025.

If you pass to the "FINAL SHOW" stage, you will have the opportunity to prove that you are number one in your category and chosen nomination.

Or win one of the general nominations, which are awarded among all finalists regardless of category and level.
